I am a Master of Counselling Psychology student completing my practicum at MBS
Wellness. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported,
and truly heard. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful
change, and I strive to approach each session with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
My background as an educator has shaped my ability to connect with people at all
stages of life. I have experience supporting children, youth, and adults, and I am
particularly interested in working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress, and
self-esteem challenges.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and strengths-based perspectives. I
take a flexible, collaborative approach, recognizing that each person’s journey is
different and tailoring sessions to your needs and goals.
