I am a Masters of Counselling Psychology student from Yorkville University, and I am passionate about helping people overcome their personal challenges.  My goal is to create a space that is warm, welcoming and where  clients can feel safe, seen and heard.

I have background training in Wellness Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Guided Meditation and Reiki.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, and Holy Fire Reiki Master Certification.

I enjoy using a CBT and Strengths Based approach for challenges including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/confidence building, stress, and relationship issues.
